HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Cedrick Lamond Hicks is scheduled to appear in court today for sentencing.
Hicks pleaded guilty to 11 counts of bank robbery in a federal count in December. Ten of those robberies were in Alabama. One was in Tennessee. They happened between February and November of 2012.
Hicks faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each robbery.
That sentencing scheduled for 10 a.m.
